上海：上海振华重工，世界领先的港口机械制造商，将扩大海工造船设施。公司已经从相关运输部门获得许可扩大在江苏启东的造船基地。
项目包括一个新的船坞以及在其旗下道达重工的一个新的舾装台。
振华重工2014年收购道达重工67%的份额，成为船厂控股股东。目前振华正在将其开发成为海工造船基地。
