Jakarta: Indonesia has been making plenty of bullish noises about its cruise potential and authorities came out yesterday insisting that as many as 306 cruise calls have been confirmed for 2013, a huge 43% jump over the total calls in 2012.
Among those confirmed ships coming to Indonesia are three large cruise liners — Celebrity Solstice, Radiance of the Seas and Diamond Princess — with about 2,000 passengers each, which will make stopovers at Benoa Port in Bali, which has recently been upgraded. [03/01/12]
