Guangzhou: Shenzhen Chiwan Wharf Holdings announced that the board of the company has agreed to merge with two of its subsidiaries Shenzhen Chiwan Wharf Co and Shenzhen Chiwan Trans-Grains Terminal Co in order to integrate its bulk business.

After the merger, the subsidiaries will be cancelled and their businesses will be integrated into the bulk division of Shenzhen Chiwan Wharf Holdings.

The proposal has been approved by relevant authorities. [14/02/14]
