Another Hong Sheng Gang Tai ship to be auctioned off

Ningbo Maritime Court has announced that it will auction multi-purpose vessel Gang Tai 1 (4,920dwt, built 2005) from defunct Hong Sheng Gang Tai Shipping on November 16.

The entire management team from the Shanghai-based company went missing in February this year leaving huge debts behind. The company has since suspended operations.

In September, the court held auctions for two ships belonging to Hong Sheng Gang Tai Shipping, Gang Tai 16 and Gang Tai 79.
