Atlantska Plovidba cancels two ultramaxes

Atlantska Plovidba has cancelled the two bulk carrier newbuildings it has on order at Qingshan Shipyard in China.

The two 63,800-dwt ultramaxes were due for delivery in 2016 and 2017.

The Croatian shipowner said the contracts were dissolved “amicably” with the shipyard, but did not explain the cancellation further.
