Norway’s Bergen Group has appointed Torgeir Nærø as new CEO of the company, replacing Hans Petter Eikeland who has been nominated as the group’s new chairman.
Torgeir Nærø served as the CEO of the group’s wholly owned subsidiary Bergen Group AAK for the past five years.
“Bergen Group has, under the leadership of Hans Petter Eikeland, succeeded in establishing a very exciting platform that provides opportunities for further growth. I look forward to working with the employees and with the Board of Directors in the process of further strengthen this growth,” said Torgeir Nærø.
