Jakarta: Indonesia’s Berlian Laju Tanker filed for Chapter 15 creditor protection in a US bankruptcy court on Tuesday, allowing it protection from creditors keen to seize its assets in the US.
The move comes just as the tanker firm had managed to win approval for a large restructuring, staving off bankruptcy. [28/03/13]
