Concordia Maritime CEO buys stock

Kim Ullman, CEO of Concordia Maritime, has purchased a further 5,000 B shares in the company, increasing his holding in the company to 20,000 shares.

In March last year, Ullman (pictured) purchased 15,000 B shares in the Swedish tanker owner, which is controlled by the Stena Group.

The shares were purchased privately in both transactions; no price was reported.
