Consolidated Marine Management orders two LPG vessels from HHI

Athens: Greece’s Consolidated Marine Management (CMM) has ordered two 60,000-cbm LPG carriers from Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), South Korea. Both vessels are expected for delivery in mid-2016.

The fully refrigerated LPG carriers will be 205 metres in length, 32.25 metres in width with 21.2 metres in depth.

CMM already has four 84,000-cbm VLGCs being built at HHI, two of which will be delivered towards the end of this year and the others in early 2016.

The Greek ship management company, which is a unit of Latsis-owned Latsco Shipping, also has five 50,000-dwt product/chemical tankers under construction at Hyundai Mipo, scheduled for delivery from the third quarter 2015 onwards.
