Cosco Shipping Energy Transportation appoints new president

Cosco Shipping Energy Transportation, the tanker unit of China Cosco Shipping has appointed Huang Xiaowen as the new company president, replacing Sun Jiakang who has resigned.

Last month, Sun Jiakang also resigned from the president position of Cosco Shipping Specialized Carriers.

Huang Xiaowen, 55, joined Cosco Group in 1981 and has served various postions in the group including vice general manager of Cosco Group and vice president of China Cosco Shipping Holdings.
