Shanghai: CSC Phoenix, the troubled domestic bulker arm of Sinotrans-CSC, is facing two suits at Louisiana’s Eastern District Court. The line, which has been put on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s ‘special treatment’ list for posting two consecutive years of losses, is in the dock for alleged failure to pay bunker bills to two separate companies, OW Bunker and Dan-Bunkering.
