Beijing:China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) has officially announced this week it has set up its first Board of Directors, and Hu Wenming has been appointed as the first Chairman of the board.
Having served in Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) and China North Industries Group Corporation (Norinco Group) , Hu Wenming joined CSSC in 2010 as the Vice President, after former president Tan Zuojun was appointed as Vice Governor of Liaoning Province, Hu had served as interim president of CSSC.[10/08/12]
