Dalian Trawind revealed as buyer of Diana panamax containership

Chinese containership operator Dalian Trawind has been revealed as the buyer of 3,739 teu containership Doukato from Diana Containerships.

According to broking sources, Dalian Trawind acquired the 15-year-old vessel from Greek owner Diana Containerships, who announced the sale of the vessel last week for $6.15m without disclosing the buyer.

Dalian Trawind offers a wide range of shipping and logistics services including container shipping, shipmanagement, shipping agency and intermodal logistics. The company currently owns a fleet of four containerships with total capacity of around 9,300 teu.
