Diana Containerships fixes panamax to Hapag-Lloyd

Diana Containerships has entered into a time charter with Hapag-Lloyd for 3,430 teu panamax container vessel Sagitta.

The 2010-built vessel has fetched a gross charter rate of $9,500 per day for a period of up around 2-3 months, commencing May 12.

Diana says the deal is worth around $0.5m of gross revenue based on the minimum scheduled period.

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. He gained strong management experience in publishing, conferences and awards schemes in the shipping and legal areas, working on a number of titles including Lloyd's List.
