DOF gets another Chevron contract down under

Oslo: Offshore and subsea vessel owner DOF has said it has signed a deal with Chevron to utilise AHTS vessel Skandi Emerald (3,170dwt, built 2011).

Skandi Emerald will be used for drilling assist work off Dampier, on a seven month contract commencing 20th April, with a further option for 10 months.

DOF has now signed three contracts with Chevron this month, one for Skandi Protector to provide IMR services for three years on the Australian North West Shelf, and an extension with Chevron in Brazil for construction support vessel Skandi Salvador.

Grant Rowles

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. He gained strong management experience in publishing, conferences and awards schemes in the shipping and legal areas, working on a number of titles including Lloyd's List. In 2009 Grant joined Seatrade responsible for the commercial development of Seatrade’s Asia products. In 2012, with Sam Chambers, he co-founded Asia Shipping Media.
