Ensco secures jackup contract from NAM

Offshore drilling contractor Ensco has secured a contract from Dutch company Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij (NAM) for its jackup drilling rig Ensco 122.

According to VesselsValue, the rig will commence work for five months starting from October 1 at a day rate of $100,000.

The rig is currently on a contract with UK’s Ithaca Energy, which is scheduled for completion early August.
