Epic Gas in private placement

Singapore: Epic Gas is pushing through a private placement of 22.22m new shares to existing shareholders. The subscription price has been set at $2.25 per new share.

The subscription period runs from today to July 1.

The private placement will be fully subscribed by affiliates of the founders of the company.

Clarksons Platou Securities is the manager of the private placement.

The new shares will rank equal to the company’s already issued shares in all respects and carry equivalent rights to existing shares as from the date they are issued.

Epic Gas, founded three years ago, owns and operates a fleet of 45 LPG vessels.
