Singapore: Fast-growing Epic Gas has announced the appointment of Charles Maltby as executive chairman.
Maltby will begin the role on September 17, while current chairman Chris Buttery will remain a director of the company.
Epic ceo Lars Vang Christensen said of the appointment, “Charles is an outstanding leader in the maritime sector. I look forward to working with Charles and the rest of the board to continue building upon Epic’s success.”
Buttery added, “Epic Gas has made enormous progress in the last 18 months. I look forward to supporting Charles and Lars as they lead the company into its next stage of growth.”
