Kuala Lumpur: Eversendai Corp has formed a joint venture with Technics Oil & Gas called Eversendai Technics.
Eversendai said the new company was created to meet the growing demand for engineering, procurement, construction and fabrication services for the oil and gas industry.
The Middle East is going to be the main area for sales targets with a fabrication plant likely to be built in the United Arab Emirates.
“We look forward to building a stronger market presence in the oil & gas fabrication sector in this region, as well as in those where we are already well-known for our structural steel works,” said Eversendai group executive chairman, Datuk A K Nathan. [12/03/13]
