Beijing: The Export-Import Bank of China has signed $1bn ship financing strategic cooperation agreement with Germany’s KfW IPEX-Bank.
It is the first time for the official export credit organizations of Germany and China to cooperate, and the two parties will jointly support their shipbuilding industry and expanding global markets, an official from Export-Import Bank of China said.
The Export-Import Bank of China plans to further strengthen cooperation with international ship financing banks, and attract more international clients to expand the shipping business of the bank. [14/10/14]
