Ezion buys into Rotating Offshore Solutions

Singapore: Ezion Holdings has entered into a subscription agreement with Rotating Offshore Solutions (ROS) whereby it will take a 30% slice of the company for S$18m ($13.3m).

ROS is a private offshore engineering solution provider serving customers which include oil majors, FPSO owners and operators, and oilfield service companies.

“ROS’s existing business will create synergies between the Company and ROS to better support the company’s customers on their production support related activities in the offshore oil and gas industry,” Singapore-headquartered Ezion said in a release.
