Norway’s GC Rieber Shipping has been given a pre-Christmas boost by Nexans Skagerrak, who have extended the charter of construction support vessel Polar King by 11 months.
by 11 months.The charter was due to expire in September 2018, but the new extension will now see the vessel operating with Nexans through to August 2019.

The vessel has been conducting survey, trenching and cable laying activities in Norway, the North Sea, the Mediterranean and Canada.
