GEFO orders six chemical tankers at AVIC Dingheng

German owner GEFO has placed an order at China’s AVIC Dingheng Shipbuilding for the construction of six 3,600 dwt chemical tankers.

Delivery of the vessels is scheduled in 2020 and 2021.

Hamburg-based GEFO mainly operates on the Rhine and between European coastal ports with a self-owned fleet of ten small chemical tankers ranging from 3,000 dwt to 6,600 dwt.
