Beijing: Hebei Iron & Steel Group has signed a strategic framework agreement with China Merchants Group.
Under the agreement, the two companies will establish a partnership through equity integration and cooperate in various areas including developing Hebei Steel Trading Center and an inland logistics centre, port shipping and offshore resources.
Hebei Iron & Steel said the agreement is a further step forward for the group to develop a modern logistics system and a low cost steel logistics chain. [23/05/13]
