Jin Jiang expands logistics business with Japanese partners

Shanghai: Shanghai Jin Jiang Shipping has inked an agreement with Japanese warehouse and logistics companies, Sumitomo Warehouse and Mitsui-Soko in Shanghai to develop integrated logistics businesses, according to the today’s news from the website of China State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

The three parties will set up Shanghai Jin Jiang MITSUI-SOKO International Logistics and Shanghai Jin Jiang Sumitomo Warehouse International Logistics.

Jin Jiang Shipping will control 51% shares of each company and will build modern logistics warehouse at Shanghai Waigaoqiao logistics park by 2014 to develop integrated logistics services.  [02/07/12]
