Our client, a leading international provider of technology and software solutions to the maritime industry, is looking for a sales support administrator to join their team.  In this role, you will support the regional sales team.   You will work closely with the head office, the sales team and management of the company to provide administrative assistance allowing the sales team to be more efficient in their activities.  We are looking for someone with the following:

  • University degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
  • A background in the maritime industry is not essential but would be a significant plus, particularly in ship operations
  • Experience in a sales environment would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Excellent command of the English language, Greek or German fluency a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with database management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
