Our client, an established European company in the Marine and energy markets, is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead, organize and manage the Customer Service team/department.

The focus is on automation, navigation and electrical system, DP Technologyas well as sonar and underwater comms for a variety of vessel types & offshore installations.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards for your organisation or department
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Train the staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years working experience as a sales or customer service manager in Marine Industry
  • Experienced in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • High level on customer service orientation
  • Excellent team player
  • Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Marine Engineering or related qualifications
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
