Responsibilities

  • Able to manage a team and train other team members
  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries
  • Being the first level of technical support
  • Refer requests to higher level support if requests cannot be managed
  • To attend meetings with supervisors and managers on a regular basis
  • Improve service level of the team

Requirements

  • Good knowledge in PC operating systems
  • Min 2 years of IT or Telecommunications experience
  • Min 2 years of experience in managing a team of help desk representatives
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Customer service orientation
