Eastern Regional Sales Manager
Marketing, Sales Support and Development of Agreements and Projects offers and contracts in the US East Coast including the Great Lakes region.
Aggressively market company products and services within the maritime customers in the region.
Maintain detailed market knowledge in the region
Assist in developing strategic plans for the region
• Participate, and lead contractual negotiations, including from start to close
Proactive alignment with Capital Equipment Sales team in the Maritime Division
Capital Equipment sales experience, marine or utility highly preferred
High-level contracted business with C-Level contacts at marine and power generation customers along US East Coast
Marine or Industrial diesel, gas-turbine, boiler, or bio-mass equipment sales experience with high-value contracts
Willingness to travel 50%+ to cover extensive sales territory
Attend trade shows, industry events, and other marketing opportunities
Represent company in a professional manner
Others: contract drafting and negotiation, keen understanding of risks and benefits associated with Service Agreements and Projects, building relationships (internally and externally), strong leadership qualities, cultural knowledge, reporting skills, self management, presentation skills, fostering teamwork and motivating team.
B. S. Degree in Business or Engineering, and/or 5-7 years equivalent of hands on experience in successful negotiations and references
Both broad and deep functional experience or some cross functional managerial experience
• Minimum five (5) years experience of Agreements and/or Project sales
Ability to work within the USA
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
