The candidate will manage the crewing activities – Assisting the Department Head on Crew change planning, keeping crew records, monitoring Flag state, Port state, and maritime regulations to ensure the vessels’ manning are in compliance with the relevant international and flag state legislation. Additionally, Apart from the contract preparation and formalities, the candidate will also be handling the crew mobilization and demobilization as well as all other logistic arrangements.
To be qualified in this role ideally the candidate would be minimum possesses a Diploma holder with 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in crewing. Good communication skill with proven track record in smooth coordination of crewing related activities and abilities to work both independently as well as in a team are prerequisites.
