  • Provide 1st level technical support to customers on satellite and connectivity issue
  • Response to user requests & incident / problems via online / phone / email & log
  • Escalate issues related to systems, hardware or software issues to level 2 support when required
  • Ability to understand internal users’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our internal users to achieve total customer satisfaction


  • Diploma in related engineering discipline with 2 years of technical helpdesk exposure
  • Good knowledge on wireless, routing and network
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with minimum supervision
  • Good verbal/ written communication skills
  • Customer service mindset and a pro-active attitude when dealing with users
