- Provide 1st level technical support to customers on satellite and connectivity issue
- Response to user requests & incident / problems via online / phone / email & log
- Escalate issues related to systems, hardware or software issues to level 2 support when required
- Ability to understand internal users’ needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our internal users to achieve total customer satisfaction
- Diploma in related engineering discipline with 2 years of technical helpdesk exposure
- Good knowledge on wireless, routing and network
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with minimum supervision
- Good verbal/ written communication skills
- Customer service mindset and a pro-active attitude when dealing with users
