Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements and agenda preparation.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and project management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
