Personal Assistant - Dubai 

The primary function of this position is to represent the office of the President both internally and externally.   The Personal Assistant maintains the president’s schedule to ensure a successful daily routine. This position is required to be a liaison for the President to outside organizations, business partners, and customers  by projecting a positive and professional persona.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Manages & Maintains Schedule - Coordinates the President’s personal and professional calendar.  Manages the scheduling and communicating of all appointments and meetings for the President using Microsoft Outlook.  Decisions are made based on calendar availability and the President’s  direction.  Sends out meeting announcements and reminders and tracks RSVPs.  Communicates via telephone and e-mail any changes or updates to schedule

Designs & Produces Presentations – Creates Powerpoint presentations and proposals based on content and direction provided by the President.  Completes research, as necessary to incorporate into presentation. Produces materials, handouts, agendas and documents for management meeting and is responsible for the distribution of hard copies and transmission electronically.

Coordinates – Manages all logistical and administrative aspects for the Sales Management team and office staff including managing local HR functions and other duties as assigned.

Correspondence – Prints, distributes, and communicates President’s mail and e-mail.  Answers incoming phone calls for the President.  Follows up with appropriate parties based on direction from the President.

Customer Service - Speaks to customers as a representative of the company and the Office of the President.  Identifies customers’ needs and directs issues and concerns to the appropriate party.

Job Requirements:

Education – Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree required

Work Experience – 5 or more years of experience as Executive Assistant or related position

Computer Knowledge and Skills - MS Office Suite including Powerpoint and Excel, familiarity with SalesForce.com

Language Skills - Multi-lingual with fluency in English is a plus
