We are seeking for driven and experienced Sales Manager in Selangor, Malaysia.
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible to start up Selangor branch office, develop and increase the sales pipeline and run the profit and loss of the Selangor branch office.
- Identify, prospect, develop and increase new business development opportunities
- Promote and sell consultative logistics solutions to new and existing customers
- Develop and build strong customer relationship management for existing and new clients
- Analyse and monitor customer performance in line with the company objectives
- Manage and run the entire operations in Selangor branch
- Develop working relationship with internal stakeholders – credit controller, finance, administration, operations and customer services
- At least a diploma/degree in any discipline
- At least 8 years of working experience in freight forwarding
- Proven sales track record
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Good product knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics
- Experience in operations management would be an advantage
