Description

Our client, an international MNC that provides equipment and services to the Maritime industry is on the lookout for a Service Manager to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate must have experience managing a team of Service Engineers/Technicians and Coordinators and in-depth knowledge of the Navigation/Telecommunication equipments.

 Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to Director on monthly service related issues
  • Organize service department proccess flow and monitor coordinators
  • Ensure emails responded timely in order to meet customers demand
  • Delegate service requests to engineers accordingly
  • Answer technical enquiries from customers
  • Convince customer of service standards
  • Ensure company service target achieved annually
  • Handle disputes with customers
  • Handle warranty cases worldwide
  • Arrange for engineer training schedule and ensure that they are operationally ready
  • Arrange for project commissioning overseas
  • Ensure project commissioning are done as per deadline
  • Other ad hoc job duties when assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications/IT or any other related academics
  • 3 years of experience managing a team in a Service department
  • 5 years of experience in the Maritime Navigation/Telecommunication industry
