We are seeking for Team Sales Manager – Airfreight Development in Selangor. The candidate will provide leadership and will be responsible for the commercial growth and profitability of the airfreight product development.
- Provide leadership, direct and steer the airfreight product development for growth and improve on profitability.
- Perform budgeting and planning for the airfreight development portfolio
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Involve and work with internal airfreight procurement and operations on the strategies in developing airfreight business.
- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio.
- Maintain the integrity of data in Sales Reporting System through regular maintenance and training.
- Business implementation and setting up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Degree in Business / Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in forwarding, express and supply chain industries
- Strong airfreight product knowledge
- Proven sales track record
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- High degree of communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English.
