About The Role
As an Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be developing the client base within the market, with a focus on clients coming from competitive broking as well as the principal side. You will be expected to drive growth personally as well as building out, and training the sales team as the business grows. You will refine the early sales processes to build repeatable sales machine.
- You have a proven senior B2B SaaS sales experience as an individual contributor.
- You have the ability to define strategic sales plan and targets.
- You have a structured sales approach to selling and in driving a repeatable operating model using tools such as Salesforce.com or Pipedrive.
- You are genuinely excited about technology.
- You have good presentation and client management skills.
- You're willing to build personal relationships with customers.
- This role would ideally suit someone with experience in a fast-growing SaaS or Enterprise business.
