Our client, a leading international provider of technology and software solutions to the maritime industry, is looking for a business development executive to join their team.  In this role, you will represent the company's offering of SaaS based applications and solutions to customers in Greece and regionally.   You will work closely with the head office, the sales team and management of the company to uncover and prospect for new business opportunities.  We are looking for someone with the following:

  • 3 years experience in ship chartering or operations.
  • University degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
  • A background in internal sales would be a distinct advantage
  • Able to work within the scope of objectives in a structured sales environment
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Demonstrated experience with database management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to lead and conduct online software demonstrations to prospective customers
