Our client, a very diverse and self-contained terminal operator, is looking for a Vice President of Oil Terminal Operations to join their team. Listed below is the job description as well as the requirements we are seeking.

Job Description:

  • Oversee all oil terminal manpower, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the oil tank farm and related facilities
  • Provide direct reports to the president of the company
  • Coordinate vessel and transfer movements
  • Responsible for all EPA, USCG, Air/Water regulations and reports
  • Maintain oversight of the scheduling of sales and inventory reconciliation and reporting
  • Act as the designed person for the Facility Response Plan and the Facility Security Plan
  • Overall responsibility for Oil Terminal P/L

Job requirements:

  • 10 years of oil terminal experience as a Manager/Supervisor level
  • Hands-on manager that knows each employees job function and responsibilities
  • High school degree required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Heavy dose of ship-to-shore and shore-to-ship oil and liquid cargo transfer experience
  • Strong holding/storage tank and pipeline knowledge and exposure
