Overall responsibility for providing telecommunication product sales, service and support to the Superyacht industry based in the Mediterranean Sea.
Ideally this role will be based in Palma but also could work from the coast of Spain.
Daily Challenges & Opportunities
Build relationships with existing yacht customers, including management companies, owners, captains, and the supporting industry.
Cross-sell additional services with existing clientele to maximize profitability.
Resolve customer contractual and account services problems in a professional and expedient manner.
Coordinate between operations, engineering and accounting in order to provide an excellent standard of service to internal and external customers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Maritime.
4+ years of experience with the Superyacht market.
Multiple contacts within the Yachting industry.
Previous sales or account management experience would be preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Organized and a self-starter.
