Singapore’s Keppel Offshore & Marine has completed the sale of Keppel Verolme to Damen Shipyards Group, revealing a sale price of €23.5m ($26.85m)
Keppel Verolme is based in Rotterdam and its main services are dry docking, repair and maintenance, modifications, conversions and construction.
Keppel said the sale is part of its efforts to optimise operations, while Damen will continue activities at the yard with the existing employees numbering around 250.
