Kreuz Subsea awarded five-vessel project off India

Singapore’s Kreuz Subsea has been awarded a contract by India’s Larsen & Toubro (L&T) which will see five vessels mobilised for subsea completion works on ONGC’s pipeline replacement project and Daman field development, offshore India.

The contract will see Kreuz Subsea supporting L&T to install all riser clamps, risers, crossing works, tie-ins, subsea trenching and hydro-testing of pipelines.

AJ Jain, CEO of Kreuz Subsea, commented: “The waters of Daman field are known for experiencing very high tidal currents and near zero visibility. Being awarded this work to ultimately support ONGC in the region reaffirms our reputation for providing flexible, safe operations, dedicated and experienced personnel, as well as the ability to pass on great value to our clients.”

The vessels to be deployed for the campaign include Kreuz Installer and Kreuz Supporter.
