KS Drilling’s subsidiary PT Atlantic Oilfield Services has won a $7m offshore drilling contract from an unnamed client for work in north Sumatra, Indonesia.

The contract is expected to commence in the middle of the fourth quarter this year and will continue for around six months, parent group KS Energy said in an exchange filing.

PT Atlantic Oilfield Services won a 14-month drilling contract for work in Indonesia in late August. Work is expected to commence in January 2017 and is valued at around $17.4m.
