Singapore: Holman Fenwick Willan has reported the death of Bill Kerr, a partner in the firm's Singapore office. Bill was killed on 30 December 2012 in a road traffic accident whilst in the Philippines.
An ex-mariner, Bill specialised in handling all forms of marine casualties and insurance, and was recognised for some years by leading legal directory Chambers as "one of the top wet lawyers in the business". [02/01/13]
