Low sulfur fuel on offer in Shanghai

Shanghai: China Marine Bunker (PetroChina) Co (Chimbusco), the country's largest bunker supplier, will increase its stock of low sulfur fuel at Yangshan on the back of increasing demand.

Chimbusco will be selling 1% sulfur content fuel from next week as it has imported 8,000 metric tons of the fuel from Singapore. The fuel meets the standards set by the emissions control area around North America. Chimbusco started offering the same fuel from Tianjin in July following an import of 8,000 tons from Russia.  [04/09/12]
