Singapore: Last night saw an early marker thrown down for party of the week with many showing up for our parent, Asia Shipping Media’s drinks held in association with Rustibus, Transas and Faststream. Around 200 flocked for a convivial evening at CaffeB in the Marina Bay Sands complex, just next door to the ongoing Sea Asia show. Deemed such a success, the party is likely to become an annual event. Singapore is midway through its busy Maritime Week, with plenty of receptions on tonight too, including one for the Sailors’ Society. [10/04/13]
