Navig8 fixes two tanker charters

Navig8 has fixed charter contracts for two LR2 tankers, King Philippos and Lady Henrietta, from Greek owner Latsco Shipping.

Brokers report that each vessel has secured a six-month contract at a day rate of $16,000 plus a six-month option at $17,000.

In April, Navig8 handed over all its chartered in capsizes to SwissMarine and its operations now are primarily focused on crude and chemical tankers as well as OSVs.
