New oil terminal slated for Manila

Manila: The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) is readying to spend P43.3bn on a new oil terminal at Manila’s South Harbor. The government will review the plans next month. A 200 heactare site has been ringfenced for the construction.  [19/02/13]
