Noble Corp finds new work for jackup pair

Noble Corporation has won new contracts for a pair of its jackup rigs according to its latest fleet status report.

2009-built jackup Noble Hans Deul has won a contract in the United Kingdom with Spirit Energy with will see the rig busy from early April through to late October. The contract rate was not disclosed, and includes a 65-day priced option and two 100-day priced options.

Additionally, 2014-built jackup Noble Tom Prosser has won a contract in Timor-Leste with ConocoPhillips, beginning early April and ending early December. Again, the day rate of the contract was not disclosed.

In additional to the new contracts, Noble revealed it will be warm stacking jackup rig Noble Sam Hartley in Malaysia this month as well as cold stacking jackup pair Noble David Tinsley and Noble Alan Hay, both of which have come off contract in the Middle East.
