PaxOcean Zhoushan secures FSRU order from Jaya Samudra Karunia

Indonesia shipping company Jaya Samudra Karunia has placed an order at PaxOcean Zhoushan for the construction of a floating storage regasification unit (FSRU).

The FSRU will have a capacity of 26,000 cubic meters and will join Indonesia’s Bali LNG project.

The construction of the FSRU will commence in February and delivery is schedule in the third quarter of 2018.

Korean company Gas Entec will provide regasification and cargo handling systems for the FSRU.
