Cairo: Suez Governor, Sameer Ajlan, announced is looking at reopening routes between Port Tawfiq and Saudi ports. Trial operations are likely to start before Ramadan.
Ajlan said that there are now negotiations with companies to return to work again at Port Tawfiq after years of halt.
He pointed out that there are some problems such as issues related to customs and immigration inside Port Tawfiq. [23/04/13]
